Virus Removal

It's not always easy to tell if you have a virus, but here are some of the most common signs of infection:
- Computer crashes / freezes

Diagnostics starts from only £20.00 and includes hardware checks and initial scans to help determine the necessary service required. The diagnostics fee is waivered if the recommended service/s are final.

System Reload

Sometimes if your machine is not recoverable or you want it out-of-the-box fresh then an Operating System Reinstall is the best course of action.

Includes a backup of your old data (if possible), format and reinstall your operating system, install all pending updates, restore data from backup (if taken) then a final dusting/physical clean and visual inspection of your device.

If you feel you may have a virus on your PC, we will initially scan the system for threats. Should any arise we can successfully remove most viruses and other threats by running our multipoint thorough
clean up service.
